Shipping Policy

All orders placed through joshhowattart.com are packaged and shipped directly from my studio in Austin, Texas. I make every effort to ensure that your artwork is packaged securely and shipped as soon as possible so that it arrives to you quickly and safely. I ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. Tracking is provided. 


Return Policy

I want you to love your new art and if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know within 7 days of delivery and we can coordinate a return.

For a full refund, the art must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and in the original shipping container. It’s required that you use a trackable shipping service for the return. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Be sure to contact me prior to initiating a return.

Artwork Damaged in Transit

All shipments leave my studio in pristine and carefully packed condition. Upon receiving your package, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open it. Contact me immediately if there are any problems.

Shipping Returned Artwork

Please contact me prior to shipping and email the tracking number for the return to joshhowattart@gmail.com.
